Terms and Conditions of Booking

Full payment must be received at the time of booking, prior to your screed or Underfloor heating being installed.

You have been supplied with a floor preparation guide, follow it closely as delays when we turn up on the day of your pour may incur extra charges, such as waiting time charges from our suppliers.

You may cancel or amend your booking at any time, however, any cancellations or amendments within the 48 hours leading up to the date of your pour may incur cancellation charges from our suppliers of £350 + VAT per lorry booked plus any costs incurred to us, such as accommodation or labour and/or a minimum charge of £750 + VAT. These charges will be deducted from any monies you have already paid, and the balance returned, and extra payment re-taken for us to re-attend.

Go-Flow Ltd will work to the datum supplied by you, the customer. We accept no liability whatsoever for incorrect datums given to us.

All payments taken, are based on the measurements supplied to us. If we find these measurements to be inaccurate on arrival and that more screed or products are required, the additional costs of these goods will need to be paid in full prior to the work being carried out.

Go-Flow Ltd accept NO responsibly whatsoever for cracks or damage to floor screeds caused by ANY of the following:

      • Substandard prep work
      • Building or subfloor movement
      • Neglect to follow instructions on post care of screed guide given by us
      • Neglect to follow our preparation guide
      • Damp
      • Fitting of floor coverings adhered by incompatible adhesives and grout

Payment may be made by all card types EXCLUDING AMEX, by bacs transfer or by cash. Payment details for bacs are printed on all invoices. Some credit cards may incur a charge.

On the day of your screed, we MUST have access to an external tap, with good pressure and somewhere to wash our pump and pipes out. If not, we may have to cancel the work and you may incur cancellation charges from our suppliers of £350 + VAT per lorry booked plus any costs incurred to us, such as accommodation or labour and/or a minimum charge of £750 + VAT. These charges will be deducted from any monies you have already paid, and the balance returned, and extra payment re-taken for us to re-attend.

Please follow our preparation guide as given or sent to you. If you have not followed this closely and we are unable to carry out works, you may incur cancellation charges from our suppliers of £350 + VAT per lorry booked plus any costs incurred to us, such as accommodation or labour and/or a minimum charge of £750 + VAT. These charges will be deducted from any monies you have already paid, and the balance returned, and extra payment re-taken for us to re-attend.

You MUST inform us if the total run of pipe from where we will be pumping from, is more than 60 meters. Failure to let us know may mean we do not have enough pipe to complete your work and our cancellation charges as stated above will apply.
